Bookable dates and time slots are continuosly published with foresight of 8 – 12 weeks. All booking requests are manually processed and will be confirmed via mail within 24 hours. Please monitor your junk mail.
Please note that it is not possible to book dates less than 5 days ahead via the booking form. If you need to request dates and time slots on short notice or dates and time slots other than displayed in the regular bookingform, don´t hesitate to contact us via info@avianssimulation.com or via phone +46 (0)55 44 99.
As soon as your booking request is confirmed, we will mail you an invoice. The invoice can either be paid in advance via banktransfer or via Swish in connection with the simulator session.
Booking, cancellation and rebooking policy:
Rebooking or cancellation of a booking less than 15 days before the scheduled simulator session will incur a fee of 25% of the booking price. Cancellation of a booking less than 8 days before the scheduled simulator session will incur a fee of 50% of the booking price. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged and the booking can no longer be rebooked. AVIANS Simulation has the right to rebook simulator sessions at short notice in case of technical malfunctions.
